Dressing rooms are BROKEN. Store is DIRTY. ZERO organization. NO CAMERAS IN STORE. Rude employees. The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered. I come here at LEAST twice a month and they have now ruined the experience for me. Someone stole my phone in this location right before they closed and instead of helping me look for it, one of the employees insisted “no one took it” and they continued to laugh and giggle amongst themselves. This was an $800 phone and I just spent $100 at the store…you think they would be the slightest bit empathetic? NOPE. I was rushed out of the store and told to call back the next day in case they found anything. Called back the next THREE days only to be YELLED at by the manager “Marilyn” and was told to “STOP CALLING THE STORE BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE IT”. A simple no would’ve sufficed. My entire view on this company has changed and I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of humanity I’ve encountered at such a hard time. I will NEVER step foot in this store again.
