Torrid

Long time customer of Torrid and love the brand, however, service at this store lately has gotten poor. Went to pick up an online order and has to keep asking the associate for help to check my order. Her and another associate were too busy talking about their bad schedules and management. Did not ask if I needed help just acted like I was not there. Probably not a good idea to talk bad about the company while customers are there

I love Torrid. Yes, I’m a guy and this is a plus size girl store. However, I go with my wife a lot. As a fairly fashion conscious guy I love the way my wife looks in their clothes. She loves to shop here. There are plenty of options for girls her size here, from under garments to party dresses.

I left my items inside my assigned dressing room and as soon as I exited to grab a different size, an associate opened it up to another customer and she had already put away the items I was considering buying. She erased my name and I came back to “Cristina” in my room. There was now a line of people I was expected to wait behind so I set my new selections down and walked out. I recommend having one employee attend the dressing room to make sure customers dont lose their merchandise. I wish she told me she needed the room so I could set my selection to the side. So much for getting myself a new pair of jeans for my birthday with my birthday bonus from Torrid. This honestly made my birthday frustrating because I wasted a good part of my day.

My daughter and I are new huge fans of this place!!!! Both of us are full figured and have had trouble finding clothes that fit us at other stores. This store is GREAT for full figured women and we are now loyal customers!!! Thanks To Torrid!!!
