it all started on FEB 26-2019 i reach out to Cici in open arms to set a consult as NEW pt, she sent me a new package to my email, advise me once I complete package she will call me to let me know my co pay, will she never did which is okay hey maybe shes busy, I called her on march 6 she told me she will call me back I had to provide information seems as she forgot about me I get a text on March 7 co pay is provided consult confirm for 03-17-2019 at 1 pm she calls me on 03-16-2019 to RE SCHEDULE consult, consult re schedule per her request I re schedule for March 22 at 7 pm on my day off she could not do Saturday because she would be “out of town” So I had to come to my consult with my daughter no biggie, oh can only schedule for evenings* so I text her at 6 21 see you at 7 right after I send another text to inform her that I will be leaving in a moment, I called her at 6:39 pm and 6:40 pm uber was loss, he even call from his phone, we found the place, now I’m in the correct building looking for the suite, which is very hard to find….no on is there. Its 7:08 pm at this point I send my last text as shown in picture, I get a call at 7:20 pm! I didn’t answer so she text me some bologna apologize, offered me to re schedule for the next day I reply and said yes (like a dummy) and ask what times did she have available and guess what ??CHERRY on top she never replied, common courtesy “hey I’m so sorry I been busy” something other than having a patient waste there time, a new pt at that and ignoring me, extremely unprofessional, save your time and don’t get fool by these other reviews. If I could give you a 0.00 starr I would gladly do so, lack of empathy and careless of wasting others time, how can you not check your phone knowing you have a consult at 7 pm, literally an hour later its ridiculous and I gave you chances (benefit of doubt) biggest mistake ever, waste of time, once again thank you for your time!

The session helped me deal with some personal issues that I didn’t realize was holding me back. Ms Dormeus takes the time to make me think of my decisions for my life. I’m happy to have found her at a bad time in my life that I needed focus
