Dr. Quardi is extremely Unprofessional. I love the group after my doctor passed away. He was awesome. Now I can’t get appointments with any good doctors there. So every time I get into a bind Dr. Quardi is the only one available.

I carry a PPO Ins so that I am flexible with my appointments and 2 Opinions. Dr. Quadri does not approve of that. Although my insurance gives me that option Dr. Quadri chastise me for using it. Another time I went to her I needed another form filled out. She did fill it out but not before she belittled me and made me cry.

You may wonder why I would go back to her. Frankly I forgot about the time she made me cry. She accuse me of being addicted to my meds. I have a brain injury that sometimes limits my good judgment.
I have aphasia which limits the way I can communicate. Any other doctor in Broward County can fill out these forms. The only reason I was trying to go to this particular doctor is because it’s close by my house in my records are there.

She asked me why did I leave her, and I did explain to her that she is offensive and that the way that she talks to me is atrocious. I did whisper these things to her because I did not want to cause a scene.

My aneurysm was more than 3 years old. I see many many doctors. Easy 30 or more doctors and specialist. This doctors credentials are lowest which is not a big deal but she made me feel like garbage and when I expressed my feelings she laughed.
#Example last week I meet with the Top Surgeons in the USA. He’s one of 2 doctors in the USA to do Open Heart Surgery without cutting ur chest open. Awesome guy and his team was phenomenal. He had me waiting forever but he was nice.
I am just trying to say is to be nice. A dog deserves respect and humans deserve more.
I miss Dr Linden. I have to drive so far for help now.

I have been a patient of dr. Linden for over four years years up until his passing. I was going to start seeing dr. Quadri. Unfortunately the office staff here has no idea what customer service is or how to treat customers. This is very unfortunate. The doctors are going to suffer the loss of patients because their office staff is incompetent. They have just lost this patient.
