Right now if i could give this credit union a negative 1 i would……And this is why recently i open an EZ business account with this branch, and thoroughly look at the Pro and Cons of this establishment. I was disappointed when i got my monthly statement of Aug and i NOTICE an deduction from my account for service fee I was blind sided.I wrote an email to Mr wayne i will keep u up dated on the out come but right now i will not put no more money on this account until i get to the bottom of this.

Mr Martin and his team is one of the friendliest staff I have to deal with. They always greet each customer by name once you been in there for at least 3 times prior.

Lauderhill location is the best for me on the weekends..when i need to do a quick cash grab..love the new buildling & now you guys have a drive thru which is like heaven..before without one the lines were long didn’t want to even go..but now it runs smooth especially with the lady with the glasses at the drive thru.

I agree that the branch is too small for the amount of members, but staff for the most part are always helpful.

The employees are amazing, professional and competent… long lines but they move quickly…
