They told me they would place my account on an insurance hold and wait to be paid from my insurance company. Little did I know they decided to send my debt to collections anyways…
They are a harassing bunch of morons… They have harassed me for 6 months and I don’t even owe them money. Block their number or it will never stop
Unethical billing practices. Been receiving bills for a visit to Wilson NC Emergency Room in 8/13/2013. First bill received March 2014. Collections notices began September 2014. Have advised them that insurance EOB says that they cannot invoice for the services due to untimely filing of insurance. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, billing continues. I have even faxed them a copy of the EOB myself. United Healthcare is trying to help resolve this issue but they are also getting no where.
