Wonderful experience with JV Wood Floors! The installers were neat, professional, helpful and courteous. I love my new vinyl wood like flooring! The product and workmanship is beautiful and affordable. Clinton and Herman (installers) are the best of the best! Jose (owner) was responsive, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this company! I’m very happy with my new flooring.

This company has sadly one of the worst customer service I’ve found in this industry. After finishing a work on about 1500 sq.ft. expected to leave some spare wood pieces in case something happen and you need to replace a couple. They never left anything. When called to request a few pieces, the guy JV said we were not on his area of service. He offered to ship but trying to charge more than the material itself costs. My advise: don’t look for the cheapest, look for the one that is willing to value you as a customer. UD: As the owner replied, he offered to deliver when they were in the area, I wrote to him that I’m OK with him delivering, but that was in August and so far I haven’t received anything. I guess is easier say or write than actually do it.

It took me a long time to write a review because I wanted to see how the floors settle in and how they do over time. Upon job completion, I was super excited, and almost two years later, I am truly happy with the workmanship of JV Wood Floors and the quality service Jose provides. Highly recommended.
