Bristol West Insurance Group

This company does not care about their customers. They have poor communcation and take money out of your account without notice and the customer service gives you lies and just tells you wrong information to get you off the phone.
Everytime you call its always someone different and not interested in helping solve the issue. Please be advise before thinking about getting this company as insurance.

They are awful. Especially, Their Colorado representative. Rex Ready. Do not believe them. They got my money. I did not sign any documents. Still, they did not invest the money back to my account. Stay away!!!

By far the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. The staff is very unprofessional and very rude!!!!!! My insurance agent signed me up with them and to tell you how horrible Bristol is, I’m not even signing any more insurance with my agent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This is the worst insurance ever ! Super unprofessional, they don’t do their job. They expect you do to the work yourselves. My adjuster was Carol Giraldo it was a mission to get in contact with her. My husbands car was stolen and it took more than 3 months to resolve this. We had to constantly call directly to get her to pick up our calls. We would email her more than 5 times a day and no response. The worst experience we have ever had with an insurance. Never again!

Bristol west offers non standard insurance. Good insurance for select customers.
