I have to disagree with some of the other reviews. I have received nothing but great insight and customer service from the agents here with Statefarm. They have been able to help me with questions regarding insurance for auto, home and valuables. I feel like they are very knowledgeable and patient when on the phone.

I’ll reiterate the other reviews, this office is AWFUL. They are so rude and inconsiderate. They talk to you like you are stupid, even when you ask valid questions. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. We will be switching to a different insurance company because of them.

If use one word to discribe this insurance agent, that will be DISGUSTING. Here is the story. I canceled my policy and they told me they would refund the balance. After couple of months, I didn’t receive anything. So I called them, the lady said she would check and call me back. Nothing happened and no call back. I called again and same thing happened. This kind of back and forth conversation should not happen at all. And I bet if I just gave up, I would never receive the refund. So, ‘disgusting’ is the best word I can think of to describe this agent.
