Xfinity Store by Comcast (Closed Temporarily)

Services are good but billing is horrible. Comcast runs algorithms which raise monthly billing arbitrarily causing aggravation to population. Everyone should document billing spikes for later reimbursement.

My first time at this location, Excellent customer service was provided by kristian Hernandez, he walked us through the steps we needed to set up our new 4k box, we didn’t have to wait long at all the store was very well organized and clean.will Definitely Revisit if neccessary and Definitely will Recommend.

I want to take the time and recognize an extraordinary sales agent: Mr. Mycolson was great. He was patient, helpful and helped me find a good deal that fits my home needs. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He was not rushed and pushy as other agents can be at times. His thoughtfulness and calm demeanor warrants recognition and I hope he gets recognized for his talents.
