It was a pleasure to work with Diana at Inverwood at Inverrary. The process with the board was a bit tricky and lengthy , but Dinana managed the process for me with ease. Thank you Immensely!!!!!

Since YOUR Management Services took over our community in Inverrary, a lot of issues that were pending was addressed. We are looking to upgrade our community and our neighbors are happy and excited. Thank you Team!!!!

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Your property management company is by far the worst management company I’ve dealt with in my five years of living in the complex, especially when it deals with being compensated and responding back to others. The complex as a whole was told by property management that we all had to get our pipes redone. If it was done by a certain date they would give us a reimbursement. So I followed the guidelines to do so. As soon as the pipes were done I went ahead and submitted the invoice with hopes of receiving my refund quickly. A month went by.. nothing so i called, no answer. Left about 5 voicemails within 2 weeks before I even got a call back. Long story short I received my refund back about 6 months later!!! They would ignore my calls and emails. Come up with excuse like “oh we lost your paper work” and “ohh we have new employees”. And to make maters worse, they didn’t even reimburse the full amount promised in the contract! Of course after 10 phone calls and 6 emails later i finally got in touch with someone at YOUR property management and I asked why I was short paid? They told me they were going to ask the Board of Directors. SEVEN MONTHS LATER…. no resolution to the problem. It seems like they just like to take your money and ignore you with hopes you’ll forget about it. Well guess what, i haven’t!
