I’ve been to many ortho’s for consultation, from Atlanta to Ft Lauderdale and this was the best I came about. Was amazed by the updated technology. The Dr has a great personality and really cares about his patients. I decided to go forward and get my ceramics. I have been going to Dr Smith for 9 months now and I still feel as if this was the best decision I made. They work with your schedule by having after 5 appts and weekends. I never had an issue with scheduling. And the one time a bracket came off I was seen same day I called. Rasheeda the front assistant has made my experience 10xs better than I can imagine. Her politeness and understanding. She knows the clients by face and will have you in and out in no time. Overall very clean and great customer service and hospitality. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a new orthodontist

Honest review I was referred to this doc by a very close friend and she was correct the friendliness of the staff and price was on point. Now that I am 3 or so months in I can give an overall assessment. Not the most accomating place between appts and if you miss one trust and believe your next will be 2-3 months out at best. This lengthens your treatment plan of course but what can you do you are struck on a contract being billed monthly as agreed but not sure if you are really seeing any results. In between that you can’t get no help. One of my regrets now is this for show braces and my bracket has been changed what once since initial setup.
Too big customer based for the amt of persons not worth it.

Great Orthodontist! Very friendly and Knowledgeable. However, his staff isn’t as on top of things as they should be. Gave them my insurance information twice before my appointment just to go in and have them tell me I don’t have insurance, then having to wait longer for them to try to verify it (left without it being verified). All whilst being insulted by the office manager as she repeatedly states “IF” I have insurance as she explains the costs to me. Maybe I misinterpreted and her wording was off but after a few times of her saying it I took offense. I would have preferred if there was a simple apology and the issue was rectified versus being treated like I made up my insurance information.

Before I got braces, I didn’t like to smile and show my teeth in pictures. I have had my braces on for about a year and I can’t believe how much my teeth have moved. Dr. Smith’s Orthodontics is amazing. I love my smile!! The staff is super friendly and I never have a long wait for my appointments. Thank you Dr. Smith!!
