CVS

This the worse cvs I have ever been, stating with the manager Jose, I went with my friend to buy face mask Jose told us is only two per person and only sold us 2 because my friend was next to me. Also I went and pay with coupon in which he accept 2 out of 4 coupon and no mealy in others cvs they accept. And the attitude of the manager was very upsetting
I will never going back to the store

This is literally the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. I called to see if my prescription was ready. As I was on hold, I began to drive over there because it was a 30 minute drive. I got there, went inside, stood in line and was STILL on hold by the time I got to the front. Just for them to tell me that my health insurance does not cover that prescription specifically. As I was there, many calls were coming in and not one call was answered. I showed the girl my phone and let her know that nobody had answered my call and I was still on hold and she nonchalantly said “yup we’re busy.” Trash customer service. Trash employees. Drive the extra 5 minutes to another near by drugstore. Thank me later.

This pharmacy is the worse, went in at 200pm to transfer my prescription from Walgreens to CVS the pharmacy tech fill out the paperwork and contact information and I saw her input it into the system and received a text advising it was set up. Four house later no call no text. I call CVS they advise me they don’t have anything.in the system and that I’m not in the system and have no record of me. Then once this was cleared they did not have the medication required and could not advise on when it would be available. Also no CVS has it in the area NO CVS for 20 miles. CVS is in need of new management in this area

Didnt call to inform me that there was an issue with my antibiotics (I have really bad strep throat) until I called. Eli caught an attitude with me and refused to sell me my antibiotics and accompanying inflammation medication. Go to ANY other pharmacy but this one, not worth the headache.

I never have to wait very long for my prescriptions and they always have the items I need in the beauty, health and candy departments. I get lots of coupons and save so much money too. People are always pleasant even when they are working very hard.
