One member of the staff is extremely friendly, organized and pleasant while the other is rude, confrontational and has zero understanding of being in a customer service related position. Entitled and arrogant this staff member has convinced me to seek another podiatrist.

Nice bedside manner . However, if you have serious issues, Dr Ross is not the doctor for you. Extremely ineffective treatments, bad recommendations, and now, thanks in part to his treatment, or lack thereof, I have lost 1 1/2 toes

On behalf of my wife, she went to the doctor and got a shot in the ankle. Must have hit a blood vessle because she got a quarter size red dot right where the injection was with alot more pain than before she went. .Then when she went back to see him to follow up, as she was waiting in the office, he called and said he was going to be late by another 30 minutes. Truly didn’t do anything about her pain in the ankle and just caused more problems
