First off the conversation on the phone with Dr. Pink was awkward and she seem more intrested in just getting you in instead of listening to your needs. We scheduled 11:30. Mind you in my line of work I’m a perfectionist when it comes to scheduling and making sure i get the right time. I show up at 11:15 because i need to fill out paperwork and i have proof because of a text i sent. I waited no one was there, until someone showed up and said if i have an appt i said yes at 11:30, she called the doctor and said it was at 11 and she waited till 11:20. Ok so if it was at 11 and she waited and had my information then why didn’t she care enough to call, why didn’t she care enough to make an effort to reach out because someone like me that really would of appeiciated the help didn’t find it convenient to call and see if i still needed her services, to see if there was a misunderstanding on time, guess the oath you took only matters if your getting paid. Horrible person and Doctor if this is how she thinks its ok to do business.
