Ana is an amazing therapist! Her professionalism & customer service are excellent. I was able to book an appointment with no hassle and she is very responsive! Her calm, laidback demeanor made my experience a comfortable one where I could let it all out. Highly recommend her!

Ms. Newman is an excellent Professional and a great person. Her office is very nice, cozy and organized. I remembered getting to her office covered in tears of desperation and fear. After seeing her, I was always leave full of hope. Someway or another, without me telling her, she knew what I needed. She brightened my days. She uses Cognitive behavioral therapy
(CBT) and that helped me a lot. Because of her I learned lots of tools that helped me cope with my Depression. I also understood many things on how our mind works and how to fight our negative thoughts. She also recommends Meditation and teaches you how to do it. Gave me links to Meditation websites and Podcast that were very interesting. You will get better if you see Ms. Newman. I got better. I highly recommend her.

Ana Newman is an excellent and resourceful therapist! While very professional she is also warm, friendly and wise. She was referred to us, for my Mother, by another therapist and we were not disappointed. She helped my aging Mom with skills in handling anxiety and working through depression. She also worked with both my Mom and me in a joint session that was very effective in resolving some conflict. She was very unbiased and fair thereby causing both of us to feel heard, understood and safe. I highly recommend Ms. Newman for potent and productive counseling!
