Is this business still operating? I have attempted to contact every number they have listed and get either a immediate dropped call or rapid busy signal or a generic voicemail that no one answers back.

Receptionist is unhelpful and will not return phone calls.

Horrible company, the driver did not hook my car up properly to the tow truck, so my car ended up falling off the tow truck & hitting another car. This company has granada insurance which is the worst, do yourself a favor and get a tow from a reputible company.

Bad and unethical people.. My home association hires this guys for the towing service this year. This guys don’t give out warning as they tow away residents’ cars that park on the street over night. They utilize reason that fire trucks need to go through the street; no car is allowed to park on the street (my street is LARGE enough for multiple fire trucks to go through). I understand that the laws are needed to comply. But, this guys seem like they just want to take your car away and make you to pay them money to get your car back.

My reason is this: The pervious towing company would have a yellow sticker on the window as a warning before towing your car away. This guys don’t. Instead, they told me or other people that they have given out warning, notice, information at the beginning of the year. And they won’t use the stickers warning, like other companies do. (This is literally what the lady said at the office.) What kind of DIRTY TRICK is this? This guys just basically know that people won’t pay too much attention to those notices and take advantage of it. And there is no one at stationary office.. I need to wait 25 mins for the person to come before I could pay and get my car. When your car got towed make sure to call ahead to avoid the wait.

On the other hand, I need to admit that I didn’t pay attention to the notice because they were not OBVIOUS to the residents. I also could be bias when I write this review because my car got towed away and paid $1xx for getting the car back. (so, evaluate this review at your own judgment)

For those home associations that want to be super straight with the residents, this guys are the way to go. No stickers as a warning. Towing residents’ car just like that.

Allstate had scheduled their service yesterday night and their first time available was 1:30am. At that time I have called and their driver wasnt even at route. Asked to call me when in route and that never happened.

Today I have to call another tow company and get my car out of the place that it is. Guess is not a 24hr service.

I havent given this negative stars because google doesnt allow so
