Excellent service. Friendly and professional. Would bring other items in for repair.

Walked in to a partial greeting. Owner barely looked up at us. Went in for parts for a Dyson vacuum and they had the all parts we needed. My husband is very handy and questioned that it shouldn’t be to hard for him to fix it himself.
Owner’s response was that he installs the parts or he could sell him the parts. He wouldn’t answer a simple question because we were not having him install the parts. He rang up the parts without a thank you or goodbye.
Granted… we didn’t use his installation service, but bought $50 in parts. We like to buy local. What has happened to kindness in business?
Next time we will buy from Amazon so we aren’t treated with rudeness.

Dropped off my Hoover vacuum for a warranty issue. Donovan called me, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair ina a very timely fashion. Pick up was simple and fast. I would bring other items here without hesitation. Great service!

Amazing service, with knowledgeable and helpful staff, Donovan went above and beyond by showing me a cleaning machine that could clean my home with ease and not pollute the air I and my family breathe. My children and my husband suffer from allergies and he explained that a lot of the vacuums on the market today blow dust and contaminate our breathing space while supposedly cleaning the dust and dirt from our daily lives. Donovan showed me a Miele vacuum and it has been an awesome cleaning tool day in and day out since the day I purchased it from him. Thank you for your help Donovan, my family can now breathe easier and I can also clean easier!

Great shop, friendly staff, I was in a rush and Donovan managed to get the vacuum I was looking for from their warehouse the same day. Later on he called me post transaction to inform me of all the great features of the new vacuum and walked me through it over the phone. I declined earlier in the shop as I had a lot to do that day. Really above and beyond, and also knowledgeable and passionate, good prices as well. I will be purchasing again in the future.
