The Absolute Outdoor Living Team did a fantastic job from layout through completion on a recent complicated project. Shaun Clarke who led the Project Team stayed late through the completion to satisfy our clients demanding schedule, helping the Project look god in its entirety. Absolute constructed a canopy over the BBQ grills of the property I manage. The installation was smooth and the workers on site were very patient with us and worked around our needs, especially during COVID-19. The structure came out beautiful and my residents are really really happy with it.

Vilma from the office was always so attentive and responded right away to all of my emails, which as a property manager, IT IS EVERYTHING!

I am very pleased with Absolute Outdoor Living’s product and professionalism. They kept me informed though-out the whole process and met their timeline. My pergola is very sturdy and already withstood a hurricane. I highly recommend them!

SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE & DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I never leave reviews but I wish someone would have warned ME about this company. If you are looking for a fair & honest Pergola company this is not one they are thieves who will steal your money; I hired this company to build a Pergola in my backyard for my Wedding. I met them at the Florida Home & Design Show. They over promised stating that I will have the Pergola with plenty of time before my wedding (1 year later). I even took out a $10,000.00 loan through their loan program GreenSky who are thieves right along with Absolute Outdoor Living. Months went by and every time I called the company for an update the secretary would say the owner is out of town or unavailable. I was unable to reach anyone so I went to the next Home Show in hopes to see them there and get answers. They were no longer exhibiting. I was forced to make other arrangements for my wedding. When I called the loan company GreenSky to cancel the project they were extremely understanding at first until they spoke to Absolute Aluminum and were told that the permit was still in processing. At this point I no longer needed the pergola, not to mention it had been over a year and they hadn’t even started to build it. When I tried to cancel the loan the company said they did $2,000 worth of work. Little did they know that I have strong connections with the City of Fort Lauderdale. They had only done approx. $300.00 worth of work and I was able to pull all the records. Again when I tried to reach the owner to discuss they refuse to speak with me. How’s that for customer service? I would never wish this company on my worst enemy, they have been such an inconvenience, headache and have robbed me during what was supposed to be the happiest time of my life.
