The Manager Michelle was truly excellent. She had to cross reference my battery number to find out when it was purchased. They replaced it since it was under warranty, and the new guy, didn’t get his name, put it in for me. You just don’t get customer service like this anymore. Thank you & Semper Fi.

Arrived to them around 6:30, The guy was working on a different car so I had to wait for him to finish which I understand, he got done with the other car at 6:50, looked at my car for 5 min without knowing how to use in own equipment and getting upset that his machine wont run the test, then he tells me ”Sorry, i’m new but Terry will come out to help you”… after waiting a few more min outside he shows up again and tells me.”Sorry, can’t help you, its 7 PM and we are closed now” Leaving me without checking my battery or even selling me a new one…

Bad Service…

Rather than ordering from Amazon, decided to give the local AA a try and support it, and wow I was 110% impressed! Came in for wipers/fluid and had to do nothing but tell them what I needed and they went above and beyond, getting behind counter getting the blades for me, and then walking to the car with me to put them on for me, and even top off the fluid even as it started raining that customer service is rare or non-existent these days. You got a loyal customer now! Shout to AA on Nob Hill Road, Sunrise. Happy New Year!
