I am very disappointed in my online experience here. I bought T-shirts off their website for my boyfriend and I to wear to a concert. I ordered these shirts on August 3rd and the concert is August 17th. The shipping on my receipt says 5-7 business days. It is August 16th -in the evening- and the shirts are still not here! Because the company does not have a customer service telephone number, I tried to contact the store by their messaging box to ask if the item has been shipped and have not received a response. Granted, I sent the message on a Friday afternoon, but this is the only way to contact the store. If this is a mail problem, there should not be a label of 5-7 business days on the purchase. In addition, there was no tracking number provided with my purchase so I can’t ask the United States Postal Service where my shirts are in the process. This is such a bummer to what was supposed to be a perfect concert. If they arrive tomorrow, it will truly be a miracle. I will not buy from this store again!

Update: I just got the shirts today… Two days after the concert! The shirts were not sent out till the day of the concert (August 17th) and I ordered them on August 3rd. Also, when I received the package, there was a 2 day priority shipping sticker on it-which makes me believe it was forgotten about. I went on the company’s website and found out that I have to return the shirts 3 days from today (from Arizona to Florida) and I also have to pay a 25% restocking fee. I do not believe I should have to pay these fees to return shirts that were not delivered within the 5-7 business days that were on my receipt. I still will not shop here ever again.
