Aptive Environmental

This company is absolutely awful in answering any phone calls. I’ve had to wait a minimum of 11 minutes every time. In fact on hold with them now, and I’m going on 13 minutes of wait time.
Aptive has given me A total of 4 windows of times in which someone from their team would be out to service my home and only 1 of the times did they show. It’s super frustrating.
I do not recommend this company to anyone!
I’ve had to take off work two separate days just to have them not show up when they said they would. They don’t even give a courtesy call saying they are running la the or cannot make it.
Absolutely unprofessional.
I cannot believe this company is still in business.
Where is good customer service????? And loyalty?

My husband John S and I signed up for Aptive service after a salesman named Ocean knocked on our door. Timing was perfect because we had just been talking about pest control. He set us up with a great deal and the technician Adan Dickensons arrived on time the next day. He did a fantastic job, outside and inside. Got rid of our ants, gave us a little education on different types of roaches, and was very thorough and focused on helping us with our pest issues. I think these guys are going to work out really well, especially if the service continues as it has already with Ocean and Adan. Thanks guys!!

We had a great experience with this company. They were prompt, their product seems to work great, and they were very responsive when I had questions or wanted to make adjustments to the service. They recently switched to a phone answering service because of the recent pandemic but they responded quickly to email and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend! We have been currently looking into getting a pest control company but we were worried about choosing the right company that would be great for our home and safe for our dogs. Preston Martin came to our house and informed us about Aptive and their pest control treatment. He was very attentive and able to answer all of our questions and really make us informed and comfortable choosing Aptive for our home.

James Arrington also came out to perform our initial pest control treatment on our home and did a wonderful job. He was very professional and hardworking.
