Thank heaven for Aqua Home care. They sent an angel, Tracy, that took wonderful care of my mother. She treated my mom as her own family member. I see how caring and patient she was with her that put me at ease. The supervisor, Marylou, came to support me when she passed away in her bed. These people are top notch in all categories. I most definitely highly recommend them.

Everyone at Aqua Home Services (in the Ft Lauderdale/Boca Raton, Florida region) operates as if you are their utmost royal customer. Amazing Customer Service as well as the actual Quality of Care.
From in-person manners and enthusiasm to text message updates, appointment scheduling, rare but important fill-in staff… and the caregiving itself: All are Absolute World Class 🎗. Even when something unexpected and extremely unusual happens — such as a tragic accident of a close family member of a caregiver — Aqua comes thru shining. In the business world at large, this is called Management By Exception (MBE). It’s great when a business performs top notch under business-as-usual conditions. But when something outside everyone’s control occurs — and they continue to produce splendid Results — That is truly extraordinary.
Super Thanks to Marc Cain (regional business director), MariLu (regional staffing director), Carmen Daley (our beloved caregiver for our Mom), and everyone else at Aqua. Btw not sure about their exact titles — but it doesn’t seem to matter in a way..They all proudly wear multiple hats, so to speak.
We invested a LOT of research and performed many interviews to narrow our choice down to Aqua. And then THEY went Above & Beyond to earn our business….and to KEEP it.
In summary, Aqua Home Services (AHS) is the Disney World of Caregiver service firms 🎗🏆🌈🎆

Aqua home care has taken good care of my mother and her needs.
Aqua home care takes a personal interest in my mother’s welfare. The support team is very helpful when I have additional administrative requests.
I would highly recommend this organization.
