What a great experience! Today was a terrible day for both my wipers to break off! It’s been storming all day. Juan M, a very helpful employee at the store, helped me pick out a better quality of wipers, guided me towards a store special and installed the wipers for me. Great service helpful staff!!! Highly recommend.

My husband and I are frequent customers of the 2775 S. University Drive Auto Zone because making sure that our cars are in the best driving condition is important to us and when we need specific parts we know that most of the time they’ll have it available, and if by chance, which is rare that they temporarily don’t have it in stock, Juan will immediately find it for us!! Juan and his TEAM at this location really provide great customer service and through this recent pandemic they have been extremely professional in letting everyone know your safe when you walk into their establishment.

I needed to replace my windshield wipers and as soon as I got there I was greeted by an employee that was just getting there himself. He politely open the door for me and once inside I was again greeted by another employee by the name of Angel… and he was truly an angel. He assisted me with selecting the wipers suggesting a few other essentials and then proceeded to install my wipers.
His customer service was superb. The store looked immaculate and without a doubt I will repeat the business. Not exactly sure how this number relates to the review but if needed this is the number 5164.

Andrae Pearce was a true gentleman for helping my father and I test my car’s battery and ultimately replace it for us. He was very kind, cordial, and welcoming from the first steps of us walking in. He helped us through and through, and helped calm us down after this scare. He helped us find the warranty of the battery and replaced it for us with no problems. Give this man a raise or an award, he deserves nothing but the best here! Will definitely ask for him on my next visit. Maximum respect, and always a 5-star review. Have a great day! 😊🙏🏽

Customer service is not very good and they take forever to install a battery on the car.
Last time I came on Nov 5th /18 I noticed that their customer service got better and I got out of there in a jiffy. Now about the time for changing batteries I cannot be sure because I didn’t witness any battery changes this time but I am hoping they got better on it! The store is clean and the prices are not bad.
