Horrible treatment—zero customer service oriented experience- worst face to face banking ever

The worst management ever, I had to come in to this branch and guess what… one teller one the 1st of the month to help over 10 ppl!
While to open an account they had over 10 ppl waiting to assist.

Slow service. Only 2 tellers.

I stopped by this morning after a very unpleasant experience at another branch. I was greeted promptly and my information was taken and entered into their system and I was asked to sit in the waiting area to be seen by a relationship manager.

In less than two minutes I was being helped by Amira who is truly amazing, professional and extremely nice. She was able to get me in and out quickly and addressed all of my concerns and took into consideration my time and that alone speaks volumes of what true customer service and attention to detail is all about.

I know have know which branch to go to in the future when I need assistance.
