I stopped by this morning in hopes of updating some important information on my accounts. Upon entering the lobby, I noticed there was no one greeting clients or signing them in to secure a spot for assistance to be provided, first red flag.

As I sat down waiting to be helped, I noticed another gentleman waiting his turn before me, however, within a few minutes later another gentleman came in and sat down waiting to be seen by a relationship manager as was I.

As soon as the gentleman before me was being helped by an employee, I noticed that another comes out and greets the gentleman the came in after me and I was completely ignored, not asked if I was being helped or anything, second red flag.

When I see this interaction occur, I mention to the employee that I was next to be seen as I assumed that it was by order of arrival, however, he abruptly told me that this other client had an appointment and without any care or concern in the world, he turned around and walked away, third and final red flag.

In lieu of that, I was taken aback by this unfortunate interaction and checked my phone for another branch to go to and I am glad I did as the service, professionalism and treatment I received was night and day difference in comparison to this branch.

With that said, please do yourself a favor and do not waste your valuable time doing business here as the customer service and professionalism is non existent and mediocre at best. If you go to the branch on South University Drive right before I-595, you will see the difference.

Worst Bank !!! Disgrace to the Bank of America branch.

No tellers and nobody to help you. Literally empty with 2 employees at 2pm, one of them taking care of the drive threw. The manager walking around with a tablet saying that her employees are in lunch. This is how Bank of America operates ?
