Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Bank of america suks every branch they are rude and they just dont care about other peoples needs…

Always with the time consuming condescending slow pace tellers except for the beautiful black woman who is a great help but i will move my money i shouldn’t be angry when im going to pick up my money wish i can score a 0

I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for someone to help me open an account, 2 people have gone in front of me who got here 30 minutes after me and all they can offer me is a “you’re definitely next though”. This is ridiculous, if I didn’t have to do this for a job I would not be here. You need better customer service, and more associates.

This location lacks customer service. Every time I come in there are only 2 tellers and 2 other employees sitting at the outside desk. There is always a line to see tellers. Even when I have an appointment it still takes time. You see about 3 other employees at their desk. I know they may be in other departments but they need to cross train to assist with getting a temp. card or other simple account issues. I hate coming to this bank. The other BOA that closer is just as bad. They need more employees especially on busy days. This location sucks. That’s why I do all business with the bank online and come in the location only if it can’t be handled online.

My husband and I had an appointment for 11:00am, we were greeted and told our advisor was out sick, but they would have us sit with someone else. Thirty mins rolls by and no one says anything we are still waiting, eventually we just left.

I am a timely person, and I always expect the same consideration of time when dealing with businesses. I have serveal accounts with BOA, and I am very displeased. I will never do business with this branch again!
