Edit: it’s official this company is straight BS! They cancelled my policy before they even reviewed my files just 3 days before it was due. I contacted the agency that referred them and they agreed and are currently working on finding another one.
Poor communication. We received a surprise letter saying we would lose our policy just 3 months after we signed every and paid for everything. It wasn’t until I called the broker questioning them, that we then receive an email about the inspection ( we knew absolutely nothing about) apparently this inspector came and took a couple photos but never REALLY inspected the home. I don’t feel comfortable with this company, I feel they cut corners. We should’ve been aware of the inspection and we should’ve been notified immediately of any problems that needed to be addressed not just some random email only AFTER I call.

Never answer phone calls. Will send an inspector and then cancel your policy. A bunch of crooks I’m going to report to the authorities
