Best Buy

First they completely forget I even had a delivery scheduled, they sell a service with no mount including. $200 is NOT WITH MOUNT INCLUDED!
So now they are a day late on the order. My tv gets brought in and they had no mount with them. $200 is a scam for help with 85+ inches.

Unprofessional and unreliable service. Rude attendants.

I went to best buy to make a return after work today. I was told by an attendant to provide my phone number and wait in the parking-lot where I would be contacted via text when it was time to make my return. After receiving an initial text, there was no further contact. I waited 45 minutes in my car before approaching the front of the store to investigate further. The doors were locked and attendants inside didn’t even have the decency to explain the situation to me, they just waved me off. Apparently it was after 6 and they were closed.

I understand that we are living in unprecedented times, but a company like this should have the decency to show more customer care, especially when the cause of the issue was their own negligence. A proper conversation even, would do.

Instead of making the correct purchase at BestBuy after returning this item, I will instead try amazon or another retailer.

The new drive through option is absolutely amazing. The staff if so efficient and they apologized for the “wait”. There was no wait I drove up and it took no more than 4 minutes to receive my item and there was people in front of me. Wow so impressed. Mark and John you guys are great!

Had an amazing experience at this store. I was assisted by 2/3 associates who were great but I do have to highlight the professional and kind assistance given by John from computers. He was able to find an excellent deal on a Chromebook I was buying for my boss, and even guided me through the whole setup process. I highly recommend visiting this store, they were great!

I had bought a tv and it was the wrong size but I didn’t notice till I had all ready got home and opened the box. This was a open box special so no returning. Well they were so nice the manager let me upgrade to a larger tv even with the open box special. Thanks guys everything fits perfect now.
