You can’t find better deals on jewelry anywhere else!

I always have a good experience when I shop at Beya but on Wednesday my experience was HORRIBLE!!!! As a Valentine’s gift I brought my young daughters gift cards to the store(it’s their favorite) and as we’re in the process of checking out on Wednesday evening the cashier did not know how to process the payment with a gift card. She attempted a few times before trying to call her manager on the phone(no answer) then she called another coworker who was no help! (The cashier was working alone) So she tried calling her manager a few more times no answer then she called another coworker who hung up on her then she called that same coworker back again who finally answered & was no help! The cashier then asked if I had another form of payment as nobody was trained on how to use a gift card! Yes I had another payment option but I was not using it, the point of me purchasing the gift cards from that same store was to give my daughters independence of picking out their own accessories & make their own purchase! I even showed her my receipts from when I purchased the gift cards last week.. THIS WAS A VERY BIG INCONVENIENCE!!!!! Where is the customer service??? Why are the workers not trained??? There was no type of sympathy of “ do you mind leaving your name & number so my manager can call you tomorrow” NOTHING!!!! My daughters were very upset as they wanted to make their own purchases. I will not be shopping at the Beya store inside the Westfield Broward Mall anymore!! ATHE MOST RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

The service was great. Nice cosy place with really nice and colourful accessories. I also enjoyed the sale, today.

Love this store! They have a great variety and even though some prices seem too high, they usually have some sort of sale going on

This store is a must anytime I go to Westfield Broward Mall! They have a great selection of costume jewelry and always have great sales! Happy Shopping 🛍
