The lady on the phone so helpful and so nice! The man who gives you the quote is also friendly and the service is so convenient my only complaint is the quote price was very over priced so I went to dent master for a cheaper price but ill come back again in the future to get quotes because of how friendly they are and helpful!

Highly recommended… Adriana is a wonderful person. She helped me a lot when I had to fix my crashed car. She helped me a lot with all the insurance process.

Don’t let the fact that this business is located in a warehouse area put you off. These are truly wonderful people who do high quality work. I asked them to make sure this and make sure that (you know, a bit of a pita) and they did more than i was concerned about. Just lovely, happy people. My car was done when they said, the ppwk was ready in an envelope, and my car had been detailed. A REALLY great place. I am now a big fan of the small, local business and will always seek it out.

Personal story: I had to have my passenger-side door, wheel well, headlight and front bumper replaced on my 1999 Honda Civic. According to several other body shops and my insurance, this would cost anywhere from $1400 – $1700 and it would take roughly 10 days to fix. Briceno Auto Body fixed my car for $900 and the turn around was 7 days! Not only that, I didn’t have a ride back (I didn’t live too far) so I figured I’d just walk home. One of the employees actually drove me home and wouldn’t accept my tip for gas money. This is a courtesy I’ve never seen from big-name auto shops. Easily the best body shop I’ve been to.
