British Swim School Sunrise / Plantation

Great teachers. The owner is very kind and has years of experience in the field. Mr Rubinel is an excellent teacher and very experienced. We miss him! My daughter learned a lot with him. I recommend them!

My daughter has been attending this school since May, and I must say the instructors are very kind and professional-the issue here is with the staff and lack of understanding from Porsha and Monique mentioning something and going back on her word. During/After Hurricane Dorian, my daughter missed a few classes and she has had a very difficult time adjusting again to the school. We paid in November out of good faith when Monique promised a refund if we failed to bring my daughter around. Here we are after weeks of trying and not getting anywhere, so we asked for a refund and now everyone in the office is saying “we can’t help you” mentioning we will have a credit for the life -we dont want the credit because we do not know when we will use it. I am not in the busines of forcing a 3 year old against her will, if she cries the entire time and she doesnt want to go in the pool we will not force her. We want a simple resolution, a fair resolution and that is the promised refund. British school do the right thing, don’t let this be another negative review, seems like the owner and staff are not friendly based on other reviews here and if someone asks me, I would not reccomed a school who tries to bully parents and do not value customers. Waiting on response and will be at the school personaly soon to resolve

My daughter has been coming to this swim school since she was 6 months old. The staff is very friendly and the teachers great. I have been accommodated every time I needed to switch class.
I am very happy with all the teachers and their teaching method with babies and children. I also like the fact that the water is pretty warm and not so full of chlorine, if I’m right it should be salt water or a mix. I have been to other swimming pools where they offer classes for babies and my skin was burning for the amount of chlorine in the water. I can’t imagine how my baby delicate skin felt 😥

The pool is small and intimate, over all it is very nice, especially since they painted and renovated it.
I wish they had more showers, some hanging hooks by the shower, and the changing station/areas had some space to accommodate more than two babies and their belongings (shelves and counters where we can leave the swim bag, dry clothes, towels etc. while we take the class with our child, and while we shower get dressed).

I am so glad we have this swim school ad a reachable distance. I really reccomend thanking your babies and children to swimming classes here!

I am so happy that our family chose this location! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Our little one started at 12 months old and has learned SO much. These classes are definitely worth the money. You won’t regret signing up your child here!

We love BSS – staff so friendly and teachers are great! Also there is a lot of flexibility on classes if u can’t make it if you give them notice you can re-range to a different time or day.
