Broward Health Urgent Care — Plantation

The staff was very cordial, caring, and attentive. I waited just long enough to fill out the paperwork and was seen immediately. The Receptionist/Radiology Tech was especially accommodating. I’m not 100% sure but I believe her name is Rita. My X-ray results were back in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend this facility if you are in need of any of the services they can provide.

I want to commend the staff at Broward Health urgent care for their exceptional service. I arrived right before closing time yet the staff was able to accommodate my nine-year-old daughter. We found the entire staff to be very friendly, courteous, and professional. My daughter even commented on the way home, “those people were all so nice. ” We feel very fortunate and lucky that they were able to see us and start my daughters’ treatment right away. Thank you for making a difference !

Broward Urgent Care provides great care. The doctors listen to your concerns and work with you. There was an issue with the billing department and Rita made sure it was promptly fixed.

Wow I was hesitant to come here from the reviews but I figure everyone always will write more bad than good. I’m glad I came in. The lady at desk was so helpful after a long day at work and rushing to take my son in bc he wasn’t feeling well she made it so much easier and she was quick. We waited no longer than 10 min and someone was ahead of me. The nurse was great made my son feel comfortable and making mom laugh too 😂 Best part was the Dr Heidi she was amazing loved her. I’m glad I came here I just found my new urgent Care 💖

I was in pain from a wound and came here. I didn’t even read the reviews before coming, but would have been scared to come based on the reviews! I have to say I had a really good experience. They took care of my wound, explained everything thoroughly, took their time and didn’t rush me. They also followed up with a phone call and I went in person for a follow up and my wound is healing as it should. I feel much better. The staff was confident and sensitive in taking care of me.
