This is the worst company for pest control but the best company for excuses. We have a roach issue, I say have because it’s still here. We hired them we had to sign a 1 year contract (don’t do it) they started coming out I figured the first month it wouldn’t be solved I’d give them another 2 months, well we still had roaches. They would say call us if you’re still seeing them. So we did had them scheduled to come out about every 2 weeks. Then we get a call from the owner, he says us coming out that often is going to work we need to find the root of the issue I’ll send a guy out there to figure it out he’s our specialist. The guy comes out we ask him what he thinks the issue is he said I’m not sure I mainly deal with termites. But I’m going to spray this strong stuff, stronger then the regular guy sprays (why not have the normal guy spray that in the first place?) well what he did didn’t work either. Next thing was oh they’re coming from outside, they sprayed the lawn every time I guess that doesn’t work either. We were getting our roof redone because of one leak on our back patio, and all of a sudden that’s your issue well the roof was taken care of and guess what the roaches weren’t. So it’s been a year and the only good thing they did was let us cancel the service a month early and not have to pay the last month. I’m still killing roaches pretty much every day. The only thing I got was $500 taken out of my account.

First of all wife was complaining about the spiders on the patio so I called bug a bug they answered the phone professionally and told me they could come out the same day they came at a set time completed the job quickly and professionally now I don’t see any spiders or actually any bugs on the outside or inside of my house so if want. A happy wife Call them
So if you want a bug free house these guys are the ones to call don’t wait The price was right

We’re new Floridians and new to fruit fly/pest issues. We called bug a bug pest initially 3 weeks ago to handle a fly problem. Leah answered and scheduled us a visit the same day 🙌 . Felix came out-exactly on time, courteous, kind, and thorough. Really impressed with him! We had a warranty and I called this morning as a few more flies started popping up and I was worried it could get worse quick, they set me up for the same day and Felix took care of us again. VERY reasonably priced. Honestly grateful the other few companies we called prior (based on reviews) didn’t answer… we’re happy customers!

After finding a tick in my home, I called multiple exterminators for estimates. Most gave me quotes for close to $400 and were unable to make it out until the following week. Bug a bug gave me a quote for $100 and came out same day. The technician was professional and very nice. Will be using and recommending bug a bug from now on!
