Why live anywhere else! The Team here are amazing!! I think I have the best building as all my neighbors are super nice! Love it❤

I’m a new resident at Camden plantation and I must say the staff here is so professIonal & simply amazing. I really appreciate Laura & Lucy for helping me adjust to my new neighborhood. The community is so peaceful and relaxing, I’m really happy I made the decision to move here. Thank you to the best team.

Camden Plantation is one of the best kept communities in South Florida. The leasing office and maintenance team are personable and do an amazing job in meeting the needs of tenants. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a secure location and rate this community 5 stars!

I have lived at Camden Plantation for almost two years now. I moved here from out of state. This place has been very ideal for me. Maintenance has always been really friendly and responsive to any requests I have. The maintenance crew rides around the community on golf carts and they are quite friendly-always waving and smiling as they drive by. One time I had 4 requests put in at once and the crew showed up and fixed everything in one day. The head of maintenance even came by to double check that everything was being done to his standards!

As someone who has a busy schedule, it’s important that I live somewhere that isn’t too noisy. I live in a townhouse (so there’s no one above me) and I’ve had very few issues with noise. The only time it’s been a problem is when my neighbors go on their balconies late at night or someone leaves their windows open and blasts music.

The amenities don’t have an overly compelling “wow” factor, but in my opinion they are still great quality and sufficient. All of my neighbors have been very welcoming to me (lot’s of young families) and I’ve always felt safe coming and going from my home. I often run around the community during the evening for exercise and it is well lit.

Camden also schedules food trucks to serve the community which I absolutely LOVE! They have a delicious milkshake company that parks in the front of the community during these days – such a treat! Out of all the places I’ve rented from so far, Camden is definitely my favorite!

My Girlfriend and myself had a bad experience living at Camden Plantation 554. We had a problem with the paint on both bathrooms, we asked them so many times to fix the problem and wait for them 3 months and they never show up to fix the problem, making us lose time of work and make us waiting for them 3 days for the days they said they are going to fix the problem. This problem was never fixed. Then we had a mold problem, we asked them to work on this problem and Ralph, the Maintenance Manager sent some people from Painting Express to work on the house, we trusted on their work and let them get into our apt while we were working due that we could see them through the camera we had, they workers disconnected the camera and painted the whole department and moved all personal thing and made a mess all over the house. We asked Melinda, the manager to provide the mold report several times and what they did into the department due the seem that they just painted the whole house and not treat the problem at all. She never provide the report requested. We had to sleep somewhere else for 2 nights due the the smell was too strong to stay there. They sent people to fix our personal things after that.
We never receive people over to do an inspection for us to move out due that our lease was expired and we had to move, now we received and statement we damage fees that we were not even explained about it. We have emailed Melinda more than 3 times asking her for an explanation and she rather sent the outstanding balance to collections instead of get back to us with an answer. They are not profesional and treat people inappropriately with this kind of actions. See Pictures attached !
