Chase has been very good to me . Except when it came to PPP. I was very dissapointed. They are much better than TD!

This afternoon I went to this branch and a woman named JOY refused to let me withdraw money from MY savings account because my license was expired. I explained to her that I have already ordered a new one but for the obvious reasons ( covid19) everything is delayed. She did not care. I also explained that I am a nurse headed to NY this weekend and I need this money. I offered to show her 2 Nursing badges and my social security. She did not care. Her and some young guy that she was training just laughed about it. I did not ask for special treatment for being an HCP but all I asked was compassion for someone who is putting her life out there in the frontlines. This is disgusting.

I have never had a good experience when dealing with this bank. It’s quite unfortunate. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! They give anyone who has to do business with them like cashing checks nothing but hassle and fees! It’s really bad! My Xmas will not happen because they would not verify or call my grandmother for a check she sent me for Xmas presents…so absolutely sad. But thats big banking…they don’t really care about non customers or their customers families!

Wow! Talk about lousy customer service. Just went there to make a deposit for a client and was treated so rudely by the drive thru teller. All I can say is “Your’e Fired”! She is very, very, unprofessional. Unfortunately, I am not an account holder there, otherwise the account would be CLOSED Tday.

This bank is terribly run. I came in and signed in to visit my safe deposit box. There was 6 people ahead of me. After 30 minutes not one person was checked off the list ahead of me. There were two tellers and four people working the desks each one of them taking more than 30 minutes which with each person. This was completely unacceptable all I wanted to do was visit my safe-deposit box for 3 minutes. When it comes time to renew I won’t.
