Chase Bank

Do not go here. If you need to get cash, without your card, they cannot help you. They have no idea what they are doing. One lady was trying to tell me something about downloading Google Pay so I could use my new Debit card and then she had to finish helping her previous customer. The other lady was completely clueless about what the other lady was saying. But hey, you can arrange to pick up your Anazon package here, you just can’t get help with banking services. Huge fail!

You are very limited to what you can do. Might as well go to a Walgreens. No tellers, no managers.

This branch of Chase is totally electronic! Five out of five times the outside “electronic teller” is not working! Useless!

Went to use the ATM this morning before the branch was open. The machine gave an error and held my card. I beckoned to a male employee inside the bank to alert him of the situation. His mannerisms was beyond approachable. How can you tell me it’s a 24 hour ATM and there should not be an issue, but the machine sayed an error is on the screen.

I would not have left with my card in the machine. After waiting he realized there was indeed an issue with the ATM and didn’t even apologize.

There is a way to communicate and deal with a customer. Not acceptable.

BEWARE THEY DO NOT HAVE A TELLER, ATMS YES, BUT ONLY OPERATIONAL. COULD BE MORE SPECIFIC IN THEIR OUTDOOR SIGN AND ALSO AT THE GOOGLE MAPS DIRECTIONS. IF IT IS NOT FROM OR TO YOUR ACCOUNT YOU WILL-NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE TRANSACTIONS HERE.
