What an amazing doctor! I am thoroughly blown away with the level of service from the doctor as well as the staff. Not only was the customer service stellar, but also the actual work preformed coming from someone who has coupon jumped to 10+ offices due to no insurance.

I had a slight gap where food would always get stuck. Every single dentist said there was nothing that could be done. Dr Chebanu was able to put bonding material on the adjacent tooth correcting the problem. In the long term this probably saved that tooth or at the least gum recession. He also was able to correct major pain from existing gum recession, by putting cavity filling bonding material over the area (I think), which every other dentist told me I would have to live with.

The hygenist also taught me proper brushing technique explaining home care is most of the battle with oral health.

The billing was funny enough a pleasure as well. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered staff who were as savvy with insurance, billing, etc. as these. They told me “exactly” what I was to pay, and “exactly” what my insurance covered and exactly what it did not to the penny. Very meticulous. Refreshing. I love it.

I have been commuting for years from N. Florida because Dr. Chebanu and his staff are terrific in every way. I even looked at a dentist in Chicago, but chose Dr. C. He and his staff are caring and responsive to patients’ needs, including my chemical sensitivities. My treatment required dental surgery, bite alignment, bone grafts, implants, and cosmetic work, and he excelled at all of it. I’m very grateful to all of them, and recommend them highly.

I absolutely love it. Update : We came back after many years and as always we had exceptional service. Above and beyond.
