Fast service for sure. Fresh food too

Twice I have ordered with the app from this spot and it has been terrible the first time my order was canceled and they never refunded my money. The second time my order came cold, no forks, and my guacamole was all brown and soggy like had been sitting there all day I just ordered my food and got it delivered on time. It was not fresh at all.

This place is always busy but the staff is always still very friendly and helpful. And, of course, the food is great. Very cheap for the amount you get!

Other than this visit, this place is usually great. But whomever the Manager was on the night of 2/14/2020 should be fired. 1) the restaurant was an absolute mess. The tables were all filthy, all trash cans were overflowing, there was trash on the floor, the drinks section was smelly, 2 drinks in the drinks fountain were empty or out of order. 2) the meat portions were minimal compared to usual. When I asked for more, the associated responsed with “only if you get double.” Come on, Chipotle. You’re better than this!

Usual Chipotle fare. The staff was quick, fast, friendly and efficient, right from asking my food choices , putting in a bowl to billing. No hiccups. They were busy during the lunch hour and the staff ensured we didn’t have to wait in queue much.
