Chipotle Mexican Grill

If I could give them a zero, I would.
Eating at the restaurant is not a bad experience. But their DELIVERY is the most unprofessional thing ever.

Apr 18th I ordered two bowls, got one.
I thought it was some kind of mistake with Uber Eats, called them and was refunded (first pic).
Receipt is for two bowls.
My wife didn’t had lunch.

Apr 20th, my wife still wanted texmex food, and I decided to give Chipotle another chance. However got it directly from their website (which I later knew it goes through Doordash).
Again, got one bowl, driver said that’s what he got from the restaurant.
Called Chipotle and asked them to come pick the bowl, and give me my money back.
They said the restaurant messed up two orders with the same name (but not last name and address, phone number, email, etc… unprofessional), and that’s why we got a bowl instead of two.
Now I’ll get the money back in 5-7 days…. They can charge you in seconds but return your money, just when they freaking want.

Ok Chipotle, you win. I’ll never order anything with you. Nor in one of your restaurants nor delivery.

Always a long line. Should have placed order online ahead of time. Knowing what you want ahead of time helps. Meat portions seem small. Food is not hot but tastes good after reheating at home. I always return despite.

Very neat and convenient place. They provide generous portions and for economical rates. I loved the food very much and the waiters were super friendly and chatty. Highly recommended.

Burrito was great! Not very good with servings so I got double meat. While I was eating my burrito and pouring hot salsa on there, strands of hair was coming out. Took it to the counter to show three workers and seemed like nobody cared. Tried to give me the same salsa but I opted out for a different one. No empathy , apology, and nor did they dispose of the salsa with hair. Good food but poor service.
