Was great. Got a few coupons for where I came from..

Some of the stupidest employees here. While 3 of then were standing behind a counter discussing a POPSOCKET my daughter was standing there waiting for then to ring up her items, it took a good 5 min before they started to! I felt like I was in a Twilight zone or something I’ve never experienced stupidity at this level. Just pure ignorance. Sheesh manage the store professionally. Funniest thing is I’m handing the cahier one item at a time hoping she’ll be quicker to ring them up as she’s blabbing in to the others about a POPSOCKET.

I brought my daughters today to get their ears pierced. Nedra was patient, kind, professional and friendly. We had a very positive experience!

I rarely write reviews for chain stores but I wanted to praise the lady who helped us through today. I went to the store Sunday afternoon at 17:00 with 2 girls 6 and 7,5 who wanted to pierce their ears. Amber with a lot of patience explained to us the whole procedure, was extremely friendly and encouraging to the girls … so much that the older who didn’t want to at the beginning decided to do it too. She arranged to pierce both ears at the same time with the help of a co-worker and explained very nicely to the girls the after care … thank you for making this a good memory for my girls!
