I met with Ricki, the owner, about moving in my father as he is in need of assisted living services as I work full-time. She welcomed me with open arms. I am so happy I finally met people with passion and strive to help and take care of my loved ones, which is unlikely nowadays. The facility is gorgeous and it makes you feel like just like home. I love the people and I love the place, highly recommend!

I was looking for an assisted living facility for months for my mom and just couldn’t find the right fit then I came across Colonial. It was so different from all the other places that I’ve seen. When you walk in you feel like your in a small town. The place is immaculate and you feel so welcomed by the staff. My fears where finally gone and I gave them my mom to get the care she needs. Almost everyday I get pictures of the activities she’s doing and I love that.. I am so happy that I can finally relax and know that I made the right choice. Thank you Colonial and all the staff for being so kind and loving.

We moved our mom to Colonial because she wasn’t getting the care she needed at the assisted living facility she was at. That move was a god send. We should have moved her there years ago. The care she received from Ricki, the owner, and her staff was invaluable. The compassion, dedication and love – yes love, she received from the staff was genuine. If you are looking to place your love one in an assisted living facility look no further. Colonial is home.

Colonial assisted-living is clean bright and cheery they have a very caring staff. The staff manages my medication very well and make sure I stay on track. The best thing is that I am able to keep my dog here with me. They have lots of activities and I get three good meals per day and snacks. And, I have a wonderful patio with sliding glass doors where I can go out anytime I like. I would Colonial very highly to anybody looking for assisted living.

My mother moved in to Colonial 3 weeks ago and everything has been fantastic. From the 1st meeting with Ricki, I felt very good about the place. It’s obvious she cares about the residents. Everything that was discussed before we agreed to move mom in was addressed 100 %. I felt very comfortable with the whole move in process and mom loves her room. Coming from independent living to assisted, we had concerns how mom would adjust. She’s very independent. The staff have done a great job of engaging mom and bringing her into the social environment while finding the right balance to take care of her personal needs. Mom seems happy and content. Thats what matters. We feel lucky we have found a new home for mom.
