I would like to thank Ari from the Intake department for her amazing customer service skills. She was the only person that was able to assist me correctly after many calls that led to nowhere.
I was having a problem finding my medicine in the pharmacies due to the current situation as many pharmacies are out of stock. The pharmacy that I use in Chicago was not in Compass’s system. I applied to have MedzDirect delivery service but never heard from anyone. Finally after reaching Ari, she was able to check the status of MedsDirect, and request the IT department to add my pharmacy to their system. She was the only person with the knowledge and experience to finally get the ball rolling. Thank you Ari!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Stay away at all costs. You will most likely see a PA and not even a doctor. I have been turned away because my doctor wasn’t in the office (even though I had an appointment) and the PA I was usually stuck with couldn’t see me. I was left without my prescription for 2 weeks. The place is filthy and depressing. Everyone I have ever dealt with was unfriendly and impersonal. I truly pray that this place gets closed down.

As long as you have an appointment it’s a great place to go for mental health assistance and medication. They accept almost every insurance plan and if not the visit prices are very low cost
