Consolidated Credit

I could not recommend them enough!! I was in deep credit card debt & I had no idea how I was going to get out..my score had dropped down to a 508 because my utilization was so high and thanks to them I can proudly say I am now at a 730!! The monthly payment is so so so so easy & there are no “hidden fees”. I wish I could find a better way to say THANK YOU for what you have done for me!!

The call center person by the name of Luis Santiago is extremely rude. When I expressed concern over sharing a personal data via phone to sign up for credit counseling (not debt relief) he said I could easily call the next company if I felt like it. When I said that was rude, he proceeded to hang up on me. My call lasted less than 2 minutes with this person and this was my experience. I am disgusted by the level of service and unwillingness to help. I hope someone re-trains this person at his job.

Don’t believe anything they tell you! There are hidden fees and it won’t be paid off when they tell you. They start taking money out but don’t start making payments for months. I would have been better off doing something else.
