Costco Optical Department

Susan is my favorite employee! She’s funny, caring, patient and has the BEST customer service skills. I love her personality! She helps me everytime I place an order for contacts or when I come in to get my glasses adjusted. I really wish more people like her worked in customer service. -Gaelle

First time using costco for glasses, took my prescription from my regular optometrist. Bought progressive regular glasses and a pair of progressive sunglasses for less than what my standalone optometrist office wanted for just 1 frame for regular glasses (no lens). Very happy, sunglasses great for driving. Had for 2 months now no problems. Manager was very nice.
Went back after several months because my glasses we’re sliding down some. They installed silicone nose pads, (some glasses come with hard plastic ). And they readjusted the earpieces, no more problems.

Went in without an appointment for my son, was told the wait would be 45min -1hr. We decided to wait since we were there and in a rush for glasses. After an hour of patients with appointments being admitted one after another we were told that we would have to wait at least another hour!! Horrible customer service. I do not recommend their optometrist!!!

Susan is very helpful and patient. She spent time helping me choose the best frame for my face and the type of lenses available to me.

Love the doctor!! Shes very nice and professional. I’ve been going here for years, previously had an elder man as the doctor and retired. Was hesitant about seeing someone new but have been seeing her since shes been with costco.
On the other hand the optical department outside could use some more professional work. Some have absolutely no personality, even with being there for years. Is good to smile 🙂
