Very bad customer service, the lady looked tired and said she was sleepy and doesn’t know anything about what the company offers, she gave us the wrong information to buy an iPhone 11, she treated us very poorly presented and literally said, I don’t know! to the options we asked about buying the new phone at Cricket, so she said to go to another company like At & t. Obviously we didn’t believe her because we saw her super asleep and distracted, so we finally went to the plantation branch and they gave us the information so we could get the phone.
