Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The service was good the salad was not chopped up. It was too many big leafy pieces not chopped up that made it hard for my Mom to chew. I had to chop it up for her she’s 79. But it was good she said

This place is great. It’s a far drive but man it’s work it! The employees are polite, friendly, & helpful. I’ve never had an incorrect order.

Had to order three times because I wasn’t given what I originally ordered. Cheese on my salad didn’t taste fresh, and had to be taken back. Cakes in the freezer has been there for over a month. Place full of employed teens and young adults, one or two of which smelled like alcohol including the manager. It also seems like they are discriminating about hiring older people considering I don’t see one person over 30. Will be going to a different one from now on.
Edit: Nothing in my review is false nor inaccurate. It’s complaints cumulated over a year of coming, including complaints being sent to headquarters and I had the final straw after continuously coming and my order is never right. I do hope management/ownership becomes better at their job and actually starts paying attention to their employees. God Bless!

Just moved to the area 2 weeks ago and was looking for an ice cream place tonight. Hadn’t been to a Dairy Queen in a minute, I feel like there aren’t many left. The ice cream was good but the service was wonderful. A very friendly girl took care of us. A lot of service people don’t have a very good attitude anymore so when you find someone who does, I think it should always be complimented

Great product, good location, convenient parking. If your looking for a dairy Queen location to get your fix then this is the place. Also the staff is friendly and funny and send to be enjoying themselves which makes the experience more enjoyable of your waiting. It’s worth a visit.
