Ive been there twice and both were good

I came to eat here Sunday afternoon with a friend and received the best service from our waitress Andrea (sorry if I got the name wrong). I’ve come to this location before but she really made our experience this time memorable. Andrea seated us right away and was very attentive to our needs. We were indecisive about what to order, but she was VERY knowledgeable about their menu and gave us great recommendations. I could tell she knew how to go her job very well. Thank you Andrea!

My 5 stars are not for the restaurant or the food … my stars go to Shelly my waitress! She was absolutely amazing! She was on point and deserves a manager position, a raise, a bonus or all 3! Shout out to Shelly for being the only waitress who ever asked me if I’m left or right handed to be sure where to place my beverage! ✊🏻👏🏻

I have avoided this Denny’s for many years of bad experiences. You will have to wait a very long time for your food here. The staff is Excellent at this busy breakfast Denny’s. The long wait was worth it! The food was hot and the portions and food quality met a very good standard.

After 4 years we know when this Denny’s will have good service and when it won’t: Holidays and weekend mid mornings are the worst here. Your food will arrive very late and even cold. Today two salt shakers I tried had compacted, moist salt that wouldn’t even move in the shaker (see photo), and this was at 10:30 A.M. To me, that means they might not clean and restock the shakers at night. When we sit at the bar there is always an issue with the cooks forgetting or being late with at least one order.

So why do we keep coming here? My husband likes the pancakes and this location is close. There are always families here so it must be family friendly and have a good kids menu. Finally several really sweet (albeit slow) servers have continued to work here for years, so there must be a reason for their loyalty. The servers are consistently nice and calm.
