@DHLexpress has delivered two of my shipments to the wrong address, fraudulently signed my name and misspelled it, and the merchandise has disappeared. After contacting them 6 times I finally got an email telling me that they did everything right and both shipments were delivered to the right GPS location. A couple of the CSA’s said that they are being flooded with calls because there are so many new hires and drivers and that training is lacking. They also said not to expect anyone to call me back about the case, because the call back policy can’t be followed due to the number of claims. Worse yet, I have lost the money I paid for the merchandise and the shipment. Since the shipper used their account, DHL CSA said that the shipper has to file the claim, however in Hong Kong, they are being told that I have to file the claim. So I am caught in a loop and out a lot of money. What an incompetent and customer unfriendly organization they have become.

Mailed a tv to PR on May 29th, 20 and paid 400 dollars to get it there by the 2nd of June 20 and its up to this day its still sitting in the warehouse in Puerto Rico and I been calling customer service and they keep giving me the run around.

A company in China used DHL EXPRESS to ship a product I bought from them online. DHL emailed me a link to track the shipment and links to make changes to the delivery. It was easy to remove signature confirmation and track the shipment. DHL shipped the package from China to my city in the USA in 3 days. It was scheduled for delivery the Friday of the week it arrived is the USA. I called DHL Thursday with my tracking number. I was transferred to a representative within a minute. They told me to expect the package by 5::30 pm Friday. The package did not make it by 5:30 pm Friday, and I was not feeling well that day and did not want a late delivery. I called DHL and I was immediately transferred to a representative. I moved the delivery to Wednesday of the next week not thinking it was a weekend and DHL was going to have keep track of the package 5 more days and assign it for re-delivery. On Tuesday, I got an email from DHL that the package was on hold. I called DHL again thinking I would have to pay for re-delivery. Again, I got a representative right away. He said I did not need to pay extra and the package would be delivered the next day as I had requested. The Wednesday driver delivered the package at about 8:45 pm, even though the tracking update showed that he did not have to deliver past 8 pm.

Very comfortable corporate environment. The employees are the best and they continually give back to the community.
