I’ve been to other DMVs before, The people were rude and not very friendly. And they took forever. But surprisingly this DMV office was different. The people were helpful, friendly, and everything went smoothly. It didn’t take long at all. I don’t know if it’s because they just opened it. But I had great experience there. Hopefully it doesn’t change.

Horrible!, It says open until 5pm and yet there are 5-6 people just sitting behind the desks doing nothing!!!!

This place is great and well organized. I had to renew my license and went in at about 12:50pm on a Thursday. I was in and out in about 45min. I did notice an influx of people came in after me so I think I got a bit lucky.

The process was simple:
1. Check in with the receptionist who checks your documents and gives you a ticket. There was no line so I went right up to the desk.
2. Wait for your number to be called. (this took me about 10min)
3. Get called up to a station. They review and scan your documents, do a quick eye check, take your photo, and ask the usual questions. (Maybe 5ish minutes.)
4. Head to the cashier to pay. (No wait for me)
5. Wait for your license to be printed and handed out. (About another 5-10min)

Surprisingly, the first two staff members were polite and friendly! Usually DMV workers are curt and not warm and friendly. The first two attendants were great, the lady who checked us in on 01/15/2020 @ 4:35pm and the other at counter 11 who did my son’s eye exam took his pic, and had him sign stuff for his permit… The toilet was clean and in good working order… The only typical person was the cashier with the red hair braided in two… Typical, typical worker! “Don’t sit there! Stand in the line!” Yikes 😳… I know she’s probably redirecting traffic all day, but maybe they could benefit from a sign that informs clients to stand in line on that side of the building… Idk 😑 but, she’s the reason for the 4/5 stars though, very caustic.
